Man, I don’t know what happened there. But my body was just not having any part of a long run today. No pain, no fatigue, no burnout – just felt off. Called it early after a couple of little climbs on the west side. Oh well. It is what it is. I can come back to that workout.
I ran an easy hour and I’ll get back after it tomorrow. It was supposed be a bit of a down week before I went bigger volume wise next week anyway.
I haven’t run a 75 mile week in a while. It’s time to throw down.
